Once upon a time, my teacher visited me at my workplace, after a long conversation, while he was staying, suddenly asked me! How do you make your team work together like this? I happily answered, I 'm just working with them! the conversation ended with that question. Today, 6 years later, I felt like there was meaning to that conversation! Because I see the difference now, once you stand far away from the field you lose your passion!!! Being a chief is nothing like being a leader at all. I would rather have a tired body and a pale face due to working on my greatest successes with the team than to be comfortable and dissatisfied with my work.
